Prepare Jia Jia Le Traditional Herbs Soup at home in 1 hour :
1. Cook the eggs together in cold water, then crack the egg shell (or remove the shell completely)
2. Add in Jia Jia Le Cha Ye Dan spices(two small bags of Cha Ye Dan spices) and eggs into fresh water, and cover the eggs with water.
3. Medium heat to cook for 1 hour and ready to serve.
4.Tip: More tasty if eat on the next day.
煮法:
1。先将冷水将蛋一齐煮熟,然后敲裂蛋壳(或完全去壳也可以)
2。将二小包茶叶蛋香料,蛋,注入清水, 水量盖过蛋。
3。用慢火同煮三至四小时以上,既可食用
4。 贴示:隔天食用更加入味清香
